Navigation Outreach Services
Valley Restart has provided Outreach services since 2017. The Navigation/Outreach program focuses on chronically homeless Individuals and families that have been homeless for over a year. They live in cars, under bridges, and in other places not meant for human habitation.
About Us
The purpose of the Navigation Outreach program is to assist these individuals by Navigating the barriers to find housing. They work to gain trust; to provide the services they need to find hope, and restart their lives.
We collaborate with medical health services, mental behavioral health services, drug and alcohol rehabilitation organizations within our community to assist our clients.

Services:
Navigation team assist in the following with the goal of getting individuals off the streets and into shelter and eventually into permanent housing.

Birth certificates vouchers

Transportation to DMV, DPSS, courts, medical, and any other essential appointments

Assistance accessing mental health and medical services.

Assistance applying for Cal Fresh, SSI, SSDI, EDD
