Valley Restart Shelter is pleased to welcome Veronica Allen as its new Grant Writer/Billing Agent.
Veronica brings extensive knowledge in grant administration including over 30 years of experience in budgeting and financial management, and most recently five years with the City of Hemet where she served as Grants Administrator/Management Analyst, and 27.5 years with the County of San Diego performing similar roles. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and a master’s in public administration from National University.
